refusing to provide receipt
I pumped $100.00 worth of gas tonight at approximately 6:45 pm. Once completed I waited for the receipt from the pump but no receipt. I went into the store and requested a receipt from the cashier. He printed a prepaid receipt which did not include the liters. I explained to him I NEEDED a proper receipt as I needed tpo submit a proper receipt on an expense account to recoup money paid for the company I worked for. The cashier did not know how to retrieve the receipt so he called the manager. After waiting 10 minutes still no proper receipt. He then said somebody will be coming down in 5 minutes to fix this. After another 10 minute wait he called the person back. Waiting another 5 minutes the cashier hung up the phone and said nobody is coming I cant do anything. I said I wanted to talk to a manger and was told the one on the phone was the manager and was now not coming to print me a proper receipt so I can submit to the company I work for to get reimbursed. All the time on the phone they were laughing as it was a joke. What the joke is , is the lack of customer service and the disgusting attitude of the person on the phone. If the store cant keep the pumps fed with paper and do not properly train employees then somebody NEEDS to be accountable and deal with situations and not laugh them off as a joke. I will now be out $100.00 as Will not get reimbursed without a proper receipt. It will be a cold day in hell that I will ever fill up at the Esso station at 7260 Park Street in Mission BC. Store # 303803. Disgusting
