Gas pump is faulty

I have fueled my car today at Esso station Danforth and Victoria park using pump # 9
VRN:R121461107. Pump is keep stopping after couple litters. Once I start again, even though meter is running but no fuel is coming in, it is noticeable. I have added about 37 litter and it stop 5 times. My tank was initially half full and my car tank usually takes almost 70 litter of gas. After adding 37 litter of gas my tank was not full and I have notified the cashier and did not get any reasonable answer for the discrepancy. I believe the pump is faulty which caused me at least few litters of gas.
Please investigate the issue with the pump as I am sure some more customer have to pay more for this.
