Just wondering who I can talk to about the worst experience I have had at the March Road, Kanata location in Ottawa,Ontario. I went to Esso to get gas and was charged twice for my gas. The next day when I saw it was taken out of my account twice I first called my bank and they directed me to go back to the Esso. I returned to the Esso with the bank statment and receipt they told me it was impossible and to wait 24 hours and come back to see if it went back into my account. I waited no money went back into my account so returned to the Esso once again and had to fight with the staff to get my money back!! My own money and they still kept telling me it was impossible for them to take the money out of my account twice but they did. the cashier told me the first transaction did not go through whitch it did but I didn't know at the time and he had me do it again. So I paid 82.00 dollars instead of 41.00 for gas had to fight to get my money back over two days. And were rude and kept telling me it was impossible. Never will be returning and will be letting everyone know about the sevice.
