Worst Customer service experience EVER!!!
After getting my gas tank filled, $71 worth of gas my bank card would not work, Ted the manager immediately jumped down my throat and said I better figure out a way to pay for the gas! I tried explaining to him that I do not have a credit card and had just gotten a new bank card the day before and I wasn't sure why it wasn't working....he wouldn't listen to a word I had to say...even after I called my bank and they said it was a pin problem and the only way to fix it was to go to a branch., again tried explaining that and again he would not listen to me, he said if I leave he would call the cops. After being at the station for almost an hour I got a hold of someone to help me and use a credit card over the phone! But that doesn't help the fact that I was late getting home to get my kids! Another point is that I'am at that station every week and they know where I work, I drive by there every time I go to work. He should definitely not be a manager, needs a HUGE lesson in customer service, extremely rude and ignorant, no compassion for people what so ever! NEVER going back!
