False Advertising of free car wash if the attendant does not ask. The attendant was RUDE and didn't care, while he continued to argue as a line up grew behind me.

I had gone to the Bovaird and Hwy 10 Esso location in Brampton Ontario. I had filled up my tank and had wanted to get a car wash. I had noticed the signs saying "if the attendant does not ask, you get a free car wash" so I decided to try this out. While at the cash I was ready to pay and had gone through the entire process at which point I brought up the signs that say he is required to ask if I wanted a car wash. He was RUDE and said thats not the case, that he could ask me now that I brought it up. I ended up paying for the car wash because that was my original intention.

I got his name from his ID tag "Pratik" however on the recipt it noted his name on the Your Cashier as: "HARDIK". My Reciept date adn time stamp is as of Aug 9 2015 at 8:17 pm - Register 2 Op Id 2.

This guy had horrible customer service and didn't care that other customers were hearing him yell as the line grew.

ESSO should not be advertising this if staff cant do the job right and if they end up blaming the customer.
