My husband and I stopped in Esso station in Moose Jaw SK on Friday Aug 18/17 on Highway 1 East. The Ladies washroom was absolutely DISGUSTING!!!.There was no paper in one stall and the other stall was overflowing. There were 2 sinks with no soap in either dispenser. When I went to address my complaint to the clerk he looked at me and never responded with anything. I stopped a few other women from going in there and 2 of them had children with them because they were dirty and even looked like they had not been cleaned for awhile. Absolutely POOR customer service. We will never stop at this station again and will make sure that we tell family and friends not to stop there either. Word of mouth helps a business, too bad this station doesn't know what customer service is.
