Dirty Washroom - Esso gas Station
I drove to Esso at corner of Yonge St and Steeles Ave, Markham on March 13 evening around 10 pm. after fill-up the gas, i walked to gas station to use the washroom, which was just gross with used toilet papers on everywhere. there was a sign board from ESSO which asked to report any dirty washroom to.
BUT the sign board was cut off intentionally without phone #to contact.
I live around this Esso station which does not have any concept of customer services. I wish that another competition comes in this area.
Also i told the cashers (there were 2) who only said okay without any response. The washroom of this Gas station has been messy in the past.
It appears that ESSO does not care on the cleaness of their washroom BUT only post sign board without care.
